Twenty year old Sean Kingston was been accused of sexual assault, but police have dismissed the accusation as “not credible.” Two unidentified females aged 19 and 20 made the accusations, but Sean is no longer wanted for questioning by the police. “The women were both intoxicated when they arrived, with bottles of vodka and beer in hand,” a police officer told TMZ. One woman claims to have had sex with Kingston before allegedly having sex with two more members of his crew after the singer had left the room. The girls were taken from the hotel in an ambulance and given rape tests and also tested for Rufinol. Kingston has not commented on the event.
Glad to hear that that this was not true. The girls sounds like the arrived troubled. Next time Sean may want to turn their type away. BTW, just heard his new song Letting Go (Dully Love) ft. Nicki Minaj and I like it a lot. You can check it out below. Post your thoughts.

in The Legend Of Cain, reenactment of the Biblical sibling tale, this time with a vampiric twist. Smith will play Cain, the original , and he will also produce it along with Overbrook Entertainment partners Jada Pinkett Smith (his wife), James Lassiter, and Ken Stovitz. The script was written by Caleeb Pinkett and Dan Knauf, with Andrea Berloff revising. There is has not been a studio or director named yet for the. Will will also start filming Men In Black 3 in August. I’m loving seeing him as a bad boy….pun intended.

Alexandra Burke heated up the Midlands Music Festival at Tamworth Castle in Staffordshire yesterday in a pair of tiny red hotpants. I have no idea what she was thinking when she picked out this outfit. Something tells me that when she see this pictures she will wonder the exact same thing and more.
Nonetheless, I’m told she gave an awesome performance. She had the crowd jumping with very energetic dance routines even in the heat. Gross!! More pics when you pop the lock.

The Cavaliers are 3-0 in the summer league games. Tomorrow they’ll face the Heat. This will probably be the first time LeBron has seen many of his former teammates. The meeting will be interesting to watch as well as the game. LeBron will NOT be playing in this game. I’m really not sure if he’ll be there or not.
The CAVS beat the Chicago Bulls to today 81-80. Here’s a blow by blow of today’s game:

J.J. has also been high scorer in all three games for Cleveland. Christian Eyenga added ten for the wine-and-gold. along with 6 rebounds, while Danny Green led the way with seven boards.

His appeal was denied. Thus, he’s gonna go to the big house. I hear federal prison time is easier than state prison time. I am not defending him, but 3 years a bit much for that isn’t it? I’ve heard of people doing more and getting less T.I. Hope he can arrange a better deal then that. TMZ reports the following:
Wesley Snipes just got his a*s kicked by a federal appeals court — which denied the actor’s claim that his 3 year prison sentence for tax evasion was “unreasonable.”
Translation — dude will definitely serve hard time. Back in 2008, Snipes was found guilty of not filing tax returns from 1999 to 2001 … and consequently failing to pay the government nearly $12,000,000. Snipes was sentenced to 36 months in prison — but appealed the case claiming, among other things, that his sentence was “unreasonable.” But today, the appeals court backed the original ruling — shooting down Snipes’ claims that his punishment was way too severe. No word on when Snipes will officially check in to the big house.
She thought she was gonna get off. Shapiro apparently does not want her to follow the same fate his son met and wants her to get better. Kudos to him. He definitely knows money isn’t everything. TMZ just broke the news as follows:
Lindsay Lohan has officially hired Bob Shapiro to represent her in her ongoing DUI probation case … but only on condition that she goes to jail.
TMZ broke the story earlier this week that Shapiro was stepping in after Shawn Chapman Holley quit. Shapiro, who repped O.J. Simpson, tells TMZ, “I have agreed to represent Ms. Lohan on the condition that she complies with all the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel.”
Shapiro added, “Ms. Lohan is suffering from a disease that I am all too familiar with.” The lawyer’s son died of a drug overdose in 2005.
